At present human work can be helped by the Smart Home facility, with the Smart Home facility can provide comfort, safety and convenience for humans. One of the Smart Home to facilitate human work is to control electronic devices using voice commands. The main purpose of voice recognition technology is to create a technique and system to enter voice commands into the machine, so that human voice can be understood by the machine. Electronic device control technology using Arduino is very helpful for human work. Arduino is connected to a relay that functions as a switch to fix or turn on an electronic device. The relay will be controlled by Arduino through human voice inputted via mobile phone. Arduino will change the Voice Command to text or code that functions to set the relay to turn on or turn off the electronic device. By using this voice command technology can control electrical devices such as lights, fans and TV only via Android smartphone communication with a distance of 30 meters, either in the presence of a barrier or without a barrier can be controlled electrical equipment through a smartphone.
