Transaction records, stock data, expense and financial report that are not precise can affect the store performance. The system is built to manage data and record transactions so that it helps store owners to know the financial condition and assist in decision making. Prototyping methods is used in developing the system, with PHP as the programming language and MYSQL as the database. To ensure the system has been running properly and correctly, a black box test and a comparison of the output for financial report are performed. Based on the results of the conducted test, the black box test shows that the functional system is running well and on the financial report testing the output result in the form of numbers on the system is in accordance with manual calculations.
