 <note>ABSTRACT&#13;
Today the development of technology is followed by the&#13;
increasing amount of information or data so that needed a&#13;
technology in the form of a data storage (datacenter). The datacenter&#13;
can be built using cloud computing technology. The service that&#13;
provided by cloud computing service provider offer many advantages&#13;
that make enthusiasts of this service continue to grow, especially in&#13;
datacenter. Users want high availability service level so that it can&#13;
be used continuously without feeling down when there is failure on&#13;
the server. Then it built a cloud-based datacenter with failover&#13;
method. From the test results to the datacenter was found that the&#13;
data was successfully uploaded and downloaded again from the&#13;
system. The test results show that the delay system performance&#13;
services are categorized in the &quot;Very Good&quot; and throughput are&#13;
categorized in the &quot;Medium&quot;. With the failover method showed that&#13;
the availability of service reached 100% even though there is one of&#13;
the servers fails.&#13;
