ABSTRACT
Today the development of technology is followed by the
increasing amount of information or data so that needed a
technology in the form of a data storage (datacenter). The datacenter
can be built using cloud computing technology. The service that
provided by cloud computing service provider offer many advantages
that make enthusiasts of this service continue to grow, especially in
datacenter. Users want high availability service level so that it can
be used continuously without feeling down when there is failure on
the server. Then it built a cloud-based datacenter with failover
method. From the test results to the datacenter was found that the
data was successfully uploaded and downloaded again from the
system. The test results show that the delay system performance
services are categorized in the "Very Good" and throughput are
categorized in the "Medium". With the failover method showed that
the availability of service reached 100% even though there is one of
the servers fails.
