Takadeli Cake Boutique is a company engaged in the food industry. Type of data sources used in this study is primary data obtained directly from Takadeli Cake Boutique. Techniques of data collection are interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are the preparation of a comprehensive budgeting for preparing operating budget, production budget, and financial budget at Takadeli Cake Boutique. Takadeli Cake Boutique until now has never been done in a comprehensive budgeting. Comprehensive budgeting is very necessary in Takadeli Cake Boutique to see the operation, production, until financial position. The effectiveness and efficiency of the company can be achieved, both in terms of operation, production, and finance. The result of the data analysis showed that the profit received for 2016-2020 respectively is Rp 35.672.633, Rp 33.146.282, Rp 30.843.853, Rp 22.193.581, and Rp 481.305.
