Jumlah Halaman : 59 | Ukuran : 21x15 cm ABSTRACT Nowadays, fall accident for elderly is a global issue. Over 80% of the fall leads to fatal and occurs in low to middle income countries such as Western Pacific and South East Asia that contributes more than two thirds of the occurence. Yearly, 37.3 million of the fall are severe and requires medical attention. The occurence of the death is happened among adults over 60 years old. In addition, the occurence is increased due to lack of surveilance camera to monitor the elderly in their house. To deal with the issue, elderly surveilance system using Raspberry Pi is proposed. To detect the fall accident, MPU6050 sensor is deployed and SMS notification is sent to the relative when the elderly falls. The relative also can observe situation using website through IP Cameras that have been installed in the house. Experiment result achieves 92.5% accuracy in detecting the fall accident and user surveys shows that the proposed system is helpful.
