 <note>ABSTRACT&#13;
The current technological development has been very rapid and&#13;
merabah all fields including biomedical fields. Developments in the&#13;
field of biomedical resources to develop tools that can optimize the&#13;
functions of the organs of the human body and help people who have&#13;
a deficiency on the function of organs. One of the technologies that&#13;
are developed in the field of biomedical is a robot arm. In making&#13;
this final task, the field of biomedical technology development&#13;
function to see the response signal from two conditions namely, hand&#13;
movement while the hands are relaxed and in the conditions of the&#13;
contract. The signal from the muscle taken using EMG signals that&#13;
simulate the shape of signal electromyography (EMG), while the&#13;
Outputs of the EMG signal simulate will be displayed on the pc using&#13;
the LABVIEW software, this software is useful to translate the signal&#13;
frequency and voltage as well as classifying and identifying the&#13;
movement at a time when the arm muscles relax or contract&#13;
conditions, where the RMS voltage range at the time the arm muscles&#13;
to contract 0.3 V – 1.6 V while the range the RMS voltage on arm&#13;
muscles relaxation i.e. 0.01 V – 0.15 V.&#13;
